Manchester City are reportedly keen on signing 23-year-old Chelsea defender Reece James, also a target for Real Madrid.

Reece James has been linked with an exit from Chelsea in recent months. And well-known journalist Simon Phillips has revealed that Manchester City will battle it out with Spanish giants Real Madrid for the signature of the Chelsea mainstay.

Reece James has established himself as a key player for Chelsea in the last few years, and he is undoubtedly one of the best full-backs in the Premier League. He could prove to be a quality acquisition for Manchester City and Real Madrid.
