Kepa Arrizabalaga returns to the starting lineup but Christian Pulisic remains on the bench as Chelsea prepare to take on Liverpool at Anfield.

Frank Lampard has made one change to the side that started in the 3-1 win over Manchester United in the FA Cup this past weekend as Chelsea get set to lock horns with Liverpool at Anfield. The only shuffle comes in goal, as Kepa Arrizabalaga comes in for Willy Caballero.

Kepa is guarded by a back-three once again, with captain Cesar Azpilicueta partnering Kurt Zouma and Antonio Rudiger in defence. Reece James and Marcos Alonso continue as the two wing-backs for Chelsea against Liverpool.

Up ahead in midfield, Mateo Kovacic and Chelsea vice-captain pair up in the double pivot, with N’Golo Kante still not fully fit. Ruben Loftus-Cheek is the backup midfield option on the bench. Up ahead in attack, the big news is Christian Pulisic is on the bench once again.

With Pulisic not starting, Mason Mount will be deployed on the left wing for a second successive game, with Willian starting on the right flank. Olivier Giroud leads the line for Chelsea against Liverpool, with Tammy Abraham being his deputy yet again. Pulisic, Pedro and Callum Hudson-Odoi are other options on the bench.
