Jurgen Klopp has made two changes to the side that beat Crystal Palace over the weekend as Liverpool prepare to host Manchester City at Anfield.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is among the changes, with the Englishman replacing Georginio Wijnaldum. The other change comes at the heart of the Liverpool defence, where Dejan Lovren will be Virgil van Dijk’s partner. The front trio of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane will be ever important once again.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, on the other hand, has made just one change to the side that beat Everton on Saturday, with Ilkay Gundogan coming in for Raheem Sterling. Gabriel Jesus and Leroy Sane will lead the line for the visitors.
