Liverpool FC Holding Out For A?50m After Rejecting A?30m Raheem Sterling Bid From Manchester City

Liverpool FC value Raheem Sterling around A?50m having rejected a A?25m offer from Manchester City with A?5m add ons who is chased by all – Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, and Manchester United.

It is also understood that Liverpool FC value the 20-year-old forward at A?50m and will not consider selling him for less despite Raheem Sterling making it clear that he wants to make a move away from Anfield with two years left on his contract.

Sterling has turned down a new A?100,000-a-week contract with the Liverpool FC making it clear that he will not sign a new deal claiming that his decision is based on a desire to win trophies rather than financial gain and his agent Aidy Ward is alleged to have claimed even a a A?900,000-a-weeka offer from Liverpool FC would not be enough to tempt him into penning a new deal.

Raheem Sterling has already been chased by club across Europe with an enquiry already made this summer from Manchester Citya s neighbors Manchester United with reports from his camp suggesting that he would be open to such a controversial move leaving Liverpool FC fans fuming.

Manchester City had previously made Evertona s Ross Barkley their main summer target but have now switched their attention to Raheem Sterling and after having their opening bid rejected are expected to come back with an improved offer.

Raheem Sterling prefers a move back to London where he spent his formative years, but, Manchester City will be hoping to outbid both, Chelsea FC, and Arsenal FC . to snap up a promising English player, something that is massively short in supply at Manchester City following departures of James Milner, Micah Richards, and Derek Boyata on free transfers.

The news of Manchester City’s approach for the Liverpool FC winger comes after their chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak promised “high-quality” signings this summer.

“We want a squad that is able and has the capability and quality to win the Premier League, compete and win the Champions League, compete and be able to go all the way in two cup competitions in England,” he said.

“I think you will see some changes. You will see some players who have served us well and maybe it is time for them to move to their next challenge, and you will see us in the market bringing high-quality individuals that fit within what we are aspiring to coming in this summer.

“I can assure you the squad will be stronger, the team will be more competitive. I am both confident and excited about what is coming next year.”
