Martin De Roon scored a dramatic equaliser in stoppage time to snatch a draw at the Etihad Stadium against Manchester City.

Sergio Aguero scored his 150th goal for City just before half-time, before City continued to dominate the game only for De Roon to bring them back down to earth after their victory against Spanish giants Barcelona.

This means that City can be overtaken this weekend, should Liverpool win at Watford or Arsenal at home to Tottenham Hotspur.

Twitter reacted as Aguero opened the scoring, with the official account congratulating him on 150 goals for the club.

De Bruyne was singled out for praise, after a fantastic ball in that left Aguero with the easiest of touches to finish the goal.

Their joy was short lived though, as De Roon scored in stoppage time and Twitter exploded :

City fans everywhere then began placing the blame on the two men involved in the goal, Aguero and De Bruyne, especially after the former missed a glorious chance to double City’s lead.
