Liverpool dropped points to a team in the bottom half of the Premier League table yet again as Bournemouth held them to a 2-2 draw at Anfield on Wednesday.

Liverpool spurned the chance to steer well clear of the likes of Manchester City, Arsenal and Manchester United after dropping two points to Bournemouth on Wednesday.

Benik Afobe gave the visitors a shock lead inside the first ten minutes before Philippe Coutinho restored parity in the 40th minute. Divock Origi then headed the hosts into the lead midway through the second only for Joshua King to score a late leveller that ensured a share of the spoils between the two sides.
