Sadio Mane comes in for Diogo Jota as the only change to the starting lineup as Liverpool prepare to take on Real Madrid at Anfield in the UEFA Champions League.

Jurgen Klopp has made just one change to the side that beat Aston Villa 2-1 in the Premier League this past weekend as Liverpool get set to play hosts to Real Madrid for the UEFA Champions League quarter-final second leg at Anfield.

There are no shuffles in goal, as expected, as Alisson Becker remains the undisputed choice between the sticks. The Liverpool defence remains unchanged as well, with Nathaniel Phillips and Ozan Kabak continuing in the central defensive partnership, while Andrew Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold retain their spots as the two full-backs.

Surprisingly, there are no changes made to the midfield unit either, meaning Thiago Alcantara is on the bench for a third successive game. Fabinho should, thus, sit at the base of the midfield trio, with James Milner and Georginio Wijnaldum starting alongside him in the middle of the park.

The only change to the starting lineup comes in the final third, with Sadio Mane being recalled to the starting lineup. Diogo Jota has made way for the Senegalese winger, who has Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah for company in the Liverpool attack.
