Juventus Manager Expresses Desire For Chelsea FC Midfielder Oscar

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has expressed his admiration for Chelsea FC midfielder Oscar, while accepting that star striker Carlos Tevez might leave this summer.

Oscara s future at Chelsea has been in doubts this summer as Jose Mourinho is seemingly keen to add more firepower to his midfield. The Brazilian international has made 27 appearances in the Premier League last season, but is no longer an un-droppable name in the starting line-up.

The Premier League Champions have been linked with a move for likes of Antonio Griezmann and Paul Pogba in this transfer window, and if either of them arrive Oscar could have to settle for a role on the bench next season.

Serie A champions Juventus are believed to keen to sign Oscar with Sporting Director Pavel Nedved being impressed with the Braziliana s quality as a footballer. The Turin based club have scouted the former Sao Paulo midfielder last season and Massimiliano Allegri is desperate to add him to his ranks.

The former AC Milan manager has now publicly expressed his admiration for Oscar and insisted that his arrival will make a difference to the squad. In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, Allegri was asked about his thoughts on the Chelsea midfielder and the 47-year-old replied, a Very much, he is one of those who can make a difference even on European levela .

The Italian club, who made it to the final of the Champions League this season, is looking to bolster their squad with an increased budget, especially as they face the possibility of losing a number of key players this summer. Carlos Tevez is likely to be on his way out of Turin, while future of Arturo Vidal and Paul Pogba remains in doubts. With Chelsea interested in Pogba, Juventus could push to include Oscar in a cash plus player exchange deal with the London club. In the interview Allegri has also accepted the possibility of Tevez leaving the club, while placing a a 70-a 80 million on Alvaro Morata, who scored some crucial goals in the Champions League. “Tevez future? SkySports Italia journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed on twitter that despite Allegria s comments, Chelsea are yet to receive a bid from Juventus and that the London club are not too keen on selling the midfielder as well.
