Juventus are currently looking to strengthen their attack as they prepare for Carlos Tevez‘s likely return to Boca Juniors in a year’s time and Palermo striker Dybala, who has expressed a desire to stay in Serie A, looks to be their prime target. “We do like Dybala and he is one of our objectives,” Juventus director Beppe Marotta was quoted as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport. “I won’t hide the fact that I have met with [Palermo president Maurizio] Zamparini, even if I do go and deny it, he will only blurt it out anyway.”He’s a great player, but alongside him you need experienced players too. We’re trying to find an agreement with Zamparini for this player who we like, but we’re not the only ones who like him. Let’s just see what happens.”
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has said he could sell Paulo Dybala to Juventus, but described the club’s owners as “stingy.” Zamparini said Juve target Dybala, also interesting Napoli, would cost at least a 50 million, but told Radio 24: “They [Juventus] are owned by the Agnellis, and we all know who the Agnellis are..they’re from the Fiat school and they’re stingy. They are the most determined so far, though.”
Paris Saint-Germain have also asked about about the Argentinian striker, Zamparini said, but stressed that he would rather see the player stay in Italy.”There are six clubs keen on Dybala,” he said. “The richest are those from Qatar, with PSG, who earn a billion every day from gas and oil, but I prefer Napoli. They [Napoli] wouldn’t have to pay cash up front — they could pay me in instalments over four years. But if they don’t give me 40 million then I’ll keep hold of him. [Lionel] Messi was like Dybala is when he was 21. He’s the new Messi, and believe me…I know my stuff.I’m going to get 40 million for him, that’s certain. But it’s not my money, and it will all be invested in new players for Palermo.”
Recent reports however suggest that Paulo Dybala will only accept a move to Juventus this summer. According to calciomercato.com, the player himself has made it clear that he will only accept a move to Turin. The website states that Inter are interested, but have yet to make an official offer, with the Nerazzurri realising that they are unable to match the Rosaneroa s asking price. Calciomercato reports that Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini is aware that his star man only wants to join Juventus, with an agreement in principle already reached between the Old Lady and the player. The site claims that this explains Zamparinia s numerous public declarations linking Dybala with other clubs, as he seeks to get as much money from Juventus as he can. Ita s believed that the Bianconeri are reluctant to pay a high transfer fee, and will instead offer players such as Nicola Leali in exchange, though the Palermo patron is confident of extracting a big fee.

Ita s difficult to fully assess what will happen next a Juve would seem the clear choice but therea s always a question mark over how much playing time Dybala would recieve next season, given Carlos Tevez and Alvaro Morata are Juvea s primary strike force. Tevez has always insisted that he would end his career at Boca Juniors, meaning Juve may be trying to convince Dybala that he would a successor to El Apache in a seasona s time. Therea s still the possibility that Roma and Napoli may yet make a bid for the player, given his apparent desire to remain in Italy for the time being.
Edinson Cavani could be on the move this summer
Juventus are keeping their options open and would consider a move for former Napoli forward Cavani, who has struggled to produce his best form at Paris Saint-Germain. Manchester United, Juventus and Atletico Madrid may all have a chance of signing Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani this summer, according to Le Parisien. United, Juve and Atletico have all been linked to the player who cost PSG a Ligue 1-record a 64 million in 2013 with one of his agents saying earlier in April that the former Napoli forward would be open to a move to England or Spain. The Uruguayan has never been able to fulfil his potential in the French capital after his a 64 million move from Napoli in 2013. Having been under the shadow of Zlatan Ibrahimovic for most of his tenure at the club, he has been forced to mostly play out of position. His tally of 28 goals in 60 league games is not bad at all, but it is a far cry from the heights that he can actually reach if played to his strengths.
After the last campaign, Cavani made his unhappiness with his tactical position clear via the media, but insisted the problem had been resolved following a discussion with the club’s technical staff. However, with Blanc persisting with his tactics, a member of Cavani’s entourage told Le Parisien that the Uruguay international does not want to see out the remainder of the five-year Parc des Princes deal if he is not given a chance to play in what Cavani considers his best position. “It is out of the question that Edinson stays for another season at PSG if the sporting situation does not change,” the source said. “Edinson has understood that, in the team’s interest, he had to play out wide and he has done that for two years now. But that doesn’t mean the situation suits him. He would like to establish himself in the centre of the attack, his preferred role, and not only when Ibrahimovic is missing. He needs continuity in that position to fully express the qualities that made him the Italian league’s leading goal scorer.”

Barcelona are serious about Paul Pogba
Barcelona sporting director Ariedo Braida has admitted that he has held talks with Juventus general director Giuseppe Marotta over a potential move for Paul Pogba. The France international is continually being linked with a move away from the Serie A champions Spanish papers claim Barcelona met with Paul Pogbaa s agent to discuss a bid for the Juventus midfielder. According to newspaper Sport, Mino Raiola flew out to Catalonia for a meeting with director Ariedo Braida. The deal could be laying the groundwork for 2016 if Barcelona are still under a FIFA transfer embargo.This offer is believed to be worth a 70m plus a player such as Pedro or Montoya. Sport also suggest that Raiola is using the Manchester City terms – a 12m per year net wages a to force Barcelona into improving their proposal.
“We like Pogba, we like him a lot. But that’s needless to say. All the big clubs like a champion such as Pogba,” Braida told Tuttosport.
“Marotta is a friend of mine and we talk about a lot of things. We have also discussed Pogba. He is still young, but already shows things of the highest level. It would be a hugely important operation for Barcelona, a very interesting one.”
