Arda Turan confirms talks ongoing with ai???3-4 clubsai??i?? as AtlAi??ti exit beckons

The future of the Turkish attacking midfielder will be away from the Spanish capital and Atl tico Madrid next season, with a move to the Premier League looking increasingly likely .

There has been a lot of speculation regarding the future of Atl tico Madrid attacking midfielder Arda Turan in recent weeks, and that is likely to intensify in the coming days following the playera s confirmation that his agent is currently in talks with multiple clubs that are looking to strike a deal for the Turkish international.

The 28-year-old took to social media site Twitter to reveal the news, saying: a The transfer rumors are not entirely correct. My agent is currently in touch with 3-4 clubs. I will update you all if a deal is madea .

Turan is said to have a a 41 million release clause in his contract, and his agent has already confirmed that the English Premier League is the most likely destination for his client. Manchester United and Chelsea FC in particular are said to be interested in signing the Turkish international.

Jos Mourinho has revealed that he is looking for options to strengthen the depth of his squad, and Arda Turana s signature will go a long way towards achieving that. The Atl ti midfielder would suit the Premier League champions to a tee a his work-rate, technical ability and tactical understanding mean that he could be a valuable addition to the Blues.

The only drawback, of course, is that he is a naturally right-sided player, and Chelsea already have Willian and Juan Cuadrado for that role. Although Turan would be amongst few players that could match Brazilian Williana s defensive contribution a or come close to it a he would perhaps have less competition at Manchester United.

United do have options as well a including Antonio Valencia who could play further up in his more natural role as a right winger, Juan Mata and Adnan Januzaj. Turan, however, is arguably a level above the likes of Valencia and Januzaj at this stage, and is more suited to the role on the right compared to Juan Mata.

What appears certain now, however, is that Arda Turan is looking for a change of scenery and will not be an Atl tico Madrid player much longer. Given his footballing ability and his sheer will to win, he would be an excellent addition to the team that wins the race for his signature.
