Arsenal have had a poor week, as their momentum in the Premier League has been halted by two successive defeats

The mid-week loss to Everton last time around was followed by another wave of disappointment for Gooners, as Arsenal lost the big fixture of the weekend against Manchester City at the Etihad.

Arsenal fans were already festering in the disappointment of moving back to fourth place, and they didn’t take too kindly to the Arsenal official Twitter account’s tweet the day after the game.

The Tweet was met with a harsh response from a number of fans. They directed their criticism at key figures at the club including midfielder Mesut Ozil and manager Arsene Wenger. Although a number of fans remained positive, the majority were very enraged at the state of affairs at the club.
