Arsenal romped home to a 5-0 win over Huddersfield at Emirates thanks to a second-half blitz that saw the Gunners put four unanswered goals past the visitors.

The Gunners ran to an early lead thanks to Alexandre Lacazette, who continued his free scoring run at home. The first half though, ended with a 1-0 scoreline and Huddersfield still pretty much in the game.

Come second half and the hosts looked like a team on a mission. Olivier Giroud’s introduction at half-time saw the Frenchman grab a brace while Mesut Ozil sparkled with a goal and 2 assists. Alexis Sanchez also managed to get himself on the scoresheet as Arsenal ran Huddersfield ragged.

Twitter could not help but point out the obvious domination from Arsenal whenever Lacazette, Ozil and Sanchez are played together. The trio works well in tandem and the same was pointed out by many on the fabled social media platform.

Mesut Ozil though, was the undoubted star on the night, bagging two assists and a goal – all in the space of minutes.
