Arsenal go up against Manchester City at Wembley on Sunday with a chance to book a place in the finals of the FA Cup, with the winner to go up against Chelsea.

Chelsea emerged victorious against Tottenham in the semi-finals of the FA Cup on Saturday. But, the Blues could be set to feature in another London derby, if Arsenal manage to defeat Manchester City at Wembley on Sunday, to set up a final clash with Chelsea.

However, Arsenal will be without Shkodran Mustafi for the tie as Arsene Wenger confirmed his unavailability ahead of the match, along with throwing a shade of uncertainty over the prospect of Danny Welbeck playing a part in the tie.

“We have an uncertainty about Danny Welbeck, and Shkodran Mustafi is out. He [Welbeck] is a doubt for the semi-final, he will have tests today and tomorrow to see if he will be available.”

There was some negative update on Jeff Reine Adelaide’s condition as well, with Arsene Wenger confirming that he is set to miss the rest of the season. But, the Frenchman assured that the injury is not one that could affect his footballing future.

“He has got an ankle injury and is out for the rest of the season. It is not future-threatening problem, but it will take him six weeks so this season is basically finished for him.”

For Manchester City, Guardiola came out with a positive update on Gabriel Jesus, confirming that the player has returned to training and is set to travel with the rest of the squad to Wembley for Sunday. However, he did not place any assurance on the player taking a part in the match.

“He’s [Gabriel Jesus] much, much better, today he made part of training with us. He’s is coming back with his happiness, and we are so happy. We are going to travel, all the group, to Wembley, he will be part of that and after that we’ll see.

Elsewhere, John Stones is out of the tie with a muscular injury while Bacary Sagna is a doubt.
