Liverpool Confirmed Lineup vs Swansea: Matip returns to the starting lineup ; Mane on the bench

Sadio Mane appears to have been rested by Jurgen Klopp while Joel Matip returns for Liverpool as they face Swansea on Boxing day.

Liverpool will be looking for a much improved defensive performance, especially with Joel Matip returning to the starting lineup after a sizeable injury layoff. The defenders takes Dejan Lovren’s place in the back four, which also sees Trent Alexander-Arnold come in for Joe Gomez.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is also handed a start in midfield while Klopp retains the core trio of Coutinho, Firmino and Salah.
