England head-coach Sam Allardyce visited the FA’s national football centre St. George’s Park in Burton.

The former West Ham and Sunderland manager has decided to spend the entire week at St. Geroge’s Park – where Spanish giants Barcelona are enjoying a pre-season camp. The style of play of the current La Liga champions would certainly be of interest to the English coach who is hoping to turn around fortunes for the Three Lions.

Allardyce will meet the staff, assemble his backroom staff and lay down his England blueprint in various meetings throughout the next three days after making it clear he will be a hands-on manager.
