Last night, BBC broadcasted a new documentary on the life of Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney, which was hosted by former Tottenham Hotspur striker Gary Lineker.
The documentary which lasts for an hour highlights the English striker’s life away from the pitch and had many clips of the former Everton man with his two sons. The video also has portions of Colleen Rooney speaking about her superstar husband.
The documentary has interviews of Rooney himself along with many other decorated superstars, which include David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic among others. It also focuses on the striker’s time with Everton, his move to Old Trafford and the various disappointments with the England national team.
