Liverpool FC Fans Aghast As Danny Ings Ruled Out For The Rest Of The Season (Tweets)

Liverpool FC forward Danny Ings has been ruled out for the rest of the season after twisting his knee in the first training session under new manager Jurgen Klopp.

Ings will be out for a minimum six months, after he suffered a rupture in his cruciate ligaments after twisting his knee during his first training session with Klopp in charge. The tests have confirmed the injury to the player who just broke in the England senior team.

Ings has been a crucial player for Liverpool FC, too, with the forward being the standout player in the forward line despite not starting the season as the first choice.

With new manager Jurgen Klopp deploying a style of play that is dependent on players pressing from the front, Ings’ work rate would have been an invaluable addition.

Understandably, the Liverpool FC fans were aghast on hearing the news of their forward’s injury, as is seen in the tweets below.
