Liverpool FC manager Jurgen Klopp has promised “full throttle” football to the limit in every single game at Anfield, in his opening words to the fans following his unveiling on Thursday night.

Liverpool FC unveiled German Jurgen Klopp as their new manager on Thursday night following the sacking of Northern Irishman Brendan Rodgers on Sunday after a poor start to the new season that saw the Reds win only three off their eleven games.

Klopp is believed to have signed a three year deal with 5m GBP as salary that can go as high as 7m GBP with add-ons, making him the third highest paid manager in the Premier League behind Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho in second and first place, respectively, as per reports in the Guardian . .

Klopp will bring his team at Anfield which includes Zeljko Buvac and Peter Krawietz, his former assistant and analyst at Dortmund respectively.

The German’s stint at Dortmund was largely a successful one, with the side winning two German Bundesligas and reaching a UEFA Champions League final.

The side were known for relentless pressing and counter-attacking with lightening pace.

On being unveiled as the Reds’ manager, Klopp promised more of the same. As quoted saying by the Guardian, he said: a I believe in a playing philosophy that is very emotional, very fast and very strong. My teams must play at full throttle and take it to the limit every single game.
