[Video] Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen And Other Tottenham Hotspur Players Take Part In The Dizzy Penalty Challenge

Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and other Tottenham Hotspur players took part in the dizzy penalty challenge in support of The Global Goals.

Tottenham Hotspur secured their first win of the season against Sunderland in the weekend, courtesy of a Ryan Mason goal. Mason injured himself while celebrating the goal and this explains his absence from the Dizzy penalty challenge.

Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and reserves goalkeeper Luke McGee all converted their penalties, while Tom Carroll and Harry Winks missed theirs.

The dizzy penalty challenge is a campaign by The Global Goals, which aims at committing to 17 goals and plans to achieve them in the next 15 years. These goals include Poverty, Inequality, Injustice among others.

A dizzy goals challenge requires a player to circle around the ball while touching it with one hand for a minimum of 13 times, before trying to score from the penalty spot.

Many athletes worldwide have taken part in the Dizzy Penalty challenge, including former Spurs and current Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale. Tottenham’s arch rival Arsenal FC players Mikel Arteta and Theo Walcott also took part in the challenge. . World’s fastest man and Manchester United fan Usain Bolt was the most recent celebrity sportsperson to take part in the challenge.
