Gabriel Receives Death Threats From Arsenal FC Fans Following Wilshere’s Injury

Arsenal FC fans took to twitter to hurl vile abuse and send death threats to defender Gabriel Paulista, after it was revealed last night that midfielder Jack Wilshere sustained a hairline fracture in his ankle following a tackle by the Brazilian during training.

Wilshere has been ruled out for several weeks with a hairline fracture in his left fibula and the Gunners are sweating over the fitness of their prized asset. The exact length of absence of the midfielder is not yet known as it is yet to be determined whether the English international would need a surgery to ensure his full recovery. The injury was allegedly a result of a strong tackle from Arsenal FC’s January recruit Gabriel.

Wilshere has a history of long absence from the game due to injuries, especially due to the one’s pertaining to his ankle. However, a small section of Arsenal FC fans took to twitter to hurl vile abuse towards the Brazilian defender and some even crossed the line and issued death threats to the defender. This shameful behavior provoked a backlash from other sections of the Arsenal fans who criticized and condemned this unfathomable behavior.
