Barcelona host Levante hoping to extend their perfect record in La Liga, having won their opening three games quite impressively. The injury crisis at the club was set aside in the last game as the Catalans outplayed Atletico Madrid in every department to win the game 2-1.

However, their three-game winning streak came to an end with a draw at AS Roma in the UEFA Champions League. The night also saw Rafinha out injured for up to six months with an ACL tear following a poor challenge from Roma’s Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan.

The injury to Luis Enrique’s preferred substitute to the MSN leaves Barcelona with little option to rotate their key players. With Pedro gone and Turan ineligible till January, Barcelona will have to rely on Barca B team players to come into the squad. Sando, Munir and Gerard Gambau are the trio who are favourites to be the direct replacement for the front three.

Adriano is back in training and his return should ease the defensive crisis to an extent at Barca with injuries to Dani Alves and Douglas prompting Enrique to put Sergi Roberto in a makeshift right-back position.

Claudio Bravo is still out and Marc Andre Ter-Stagen is expected to play in the goal, once again.
