Poor form of FC Barcelona is hampering the team moral it seems as there is a growing unrest in the Balugrana squad and superstar Leo Messi has become irritated by the excessive authoritarianism of coach Luis Enrique.

FC Barcelona made a complete overhaul of their squad in the summer transfer window. Luis Enrique was appointed as the successor of Tata Martino while huge money was splashed on new acquisitions like Thomas Vermaelen, Jeremy Mathieu and Luis Suarez. But coach Luis Enrique has so far been unable to find his best starting XI for FC Barcelona as he has selected 25 different teams for last 25 games of Blaugrana.

The coaching methods of Luis Enrique are not liked by the players and now, it appears that Leo Messi is not happy with the approach of the Andalusian.

Leo Messi was a substitute for FC Barcelonaa s game against Real Sociedad. The team lost this game and Luis Enrique gave the reason of a less traininga for the exclusion of Messi from the starting XI.

This exclusion has not gone down well with Messi as he remained absent from teamsa training on Monday.

Meanwhile, reports coming from Spain have claimed today that Messi is not happy with the a authoritarianisma approach of Luis Enrique.

All important Spanish dailies, including Mundo Deportivo, Marca and AS has claimed today that word has also come out from Messi’s cohort that the coach makes decisions without guidance from his colleagues and considers himself to be the bee’s knees. The Argentine is also said not to understand why the board supports him.

However, despite of his unhappiness with Luis Enrique, Leo Messi is not thinking about leaving FC Barcelona.

Messi considers FC Barcelona as his family and he will not rush into making any decision as he will discuss current situation with board of directors first.

Meanwhile, FC Barcelona have sacked Sporting Director Andoni Zubizarreta from his post with immediate effect. Recent controversies related to the transfer policies of FC Barcelona have not gone down too well with the management of Blaugrana and they have finally decided to sack their former goalkeeper.

“The president of FC Barcelona, Josep Maria Bartomeu, has decided to rescind the contract of sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta,” FC Barcelona announced in a statement on Monday.

“The president, in the name of the club, would like to thank Andoni Zubizarreta for his contribution, dedication and professionalism in these four years as sporting director.”

Zubizarreta played for FC Barcelona between 1986 and 1994, appearing more than 400 times for the club.
