Cristiano Ronaldo Cryptic About His Real Madrid Future, Slams Media

Cristiano Ronaldo equalled Real Madrid legend Raul Gonzaleza s all time goal scoring record for Real Madrid with a brace against Malmo in their UEFA Champions League fixture on Wednesday. The Portuguese superstar took question from the press after the game after a long since his controversy broke out regarding his birthday party.

The Real Madrid superstar also commented on the story about his future. Ronaldoa s cryptic answer, though, fuelled more fire than it calmed.

“I am fine here. I want to win things here and I feel well but as I’ve said many times nobody knows what the future holds. I’m a pro and I try to give the maximum every time. Nobody knows what will happen next season.a

.

The 30-year-old’s future at the Bernabeu has been the subject of speculation, though, with Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United both showing an interest.

Ronaldo, despite holding a media interaction for levelling the goal scoring record, didna t look pleased as he later went to slam the media for their questions being not good enough and was his prime reason behind his prolonged absence in the media interactions.

“It was my decision not to talk to the press. Nobody forces me to talk and I talk when I must. Do you know why I don’t talk more often? Because some of your questions aren’t good enough, that’s why. What does my birthday have to do with the game? You should appreciate that I am talking today instead of asking questions about something that happened five months ago.”

Ronaldo was pleased to have been congratulated by the Real Madrid Legend, Raul, after the match and will now look to surpass Raul on Sunday against Atletico.

Real Madrid coach Rafael Benitez said he couldna t have wished for more after Cristiano Ronaldo helped his side to a 2-0 victory over Malmo.
