Liverpool FC manager Brendan Rodgers has been under a lot of pressure of late. However, the Northern Irishman says that the pressure comes with being the Liverpool FC boss and he seeks no reassurance from the owners, but is focused on improving the Reds’ form.
Liverpool have made a stuttering start to the new campaign, winning just three of their ten games they have played this season.
The poor win ratio is not the only problem plaguing the Reds, with Liverpool putting in very flat performances in most of the games they have played this season.
The situation has led to a lot of speculation as well as scrutiny, resulting in massive pressure on Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers as managers like Jurgen Klopp and Carlo Ancelotti continue to be linked to the Anfield hot-seat.

Rodgers unfazed by the pressure on him
Expectations have become sky high at Anfield following the incredible 2013-14 season, which saw them nearly win the league. The Reds’ struggle in the following 2014-15 season and the poor start to the 2015-16 campaign has mounted further pressure on the manager.
However, Rodgers remains unfazed by the pressure he faces and says that he seeks no re-assurance from the owners ahead of the Everton tie.

He was quoted as saying by ESPN FC: “It’s not something I look for. It’s not something I’m worried about. I always do the very best for the players and for the situation that I’m in. I’m not looking for any reassurances.
“I love the club. I enjoy being here and, along with the rest of the staff, the challenge of improving and developing.”
Rodgers understands fans’ disappointment
Liverpool fans booed the team at the end of the 1-1 draw against FC Sion, with the result coming a week after the penalty shoot-out win against Carlisle that had fans up in arms against the performances by the team.
Rodgers said: “The supporters watched the game and will be disappointed we didn’t take the chances. They want to win as much as we want to win.
“There is frustration there, but we have to take that on the chin. When you lose games at a club like this, the investigation is very deep and the analysis is huge. But that’s all part of being at this club.”
A poor showing against Everton will be very hard to digest for the Reds’ faithful and if Rodgers is to remain at his job at Liverpool FC, he needs to ensure they beat the Toffees.
