Wigan Athletic are targeting a loan deal for Tottenham Hotspur winger Alex Pritchard, who dazzled his way into glory with brilliant performances while on loan at Swindon Town in 2013-14 season.
Swindon Town and Tottenham Hotspur enjoys a good working relationship, and as a result a number of Spurs youngsters were loaned out to The Robins last season. Highly rated attacking midfielder Ryan Mason was the main attraction among the lot, but it was winger Alex Pritchard who took center stage with impressive performances one after the other in League One.
Alex Pritchard represented Swindon Town on 44 occasions last seasons before returning to White Hart Lane to make his Tottenham Hotspur debut against Aston Villa in Premier League. Alex Pritchard scored 6 goals during his loan spell and was a consistent menace to the opposition defences with his skill and trickery. His eye catching displays earned him nomination in two categories in the Football League awards. He made it among the selected batch in League one player of the season as well as in League one young player of the year.
