Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has apparently pointed to Real Madrid left-back Marcelo as the ideal man to put an end to the clubai??i??s woes in the position Ai??and is going to make a high bid for him in the summer, according to reports.
The Reds have not really filled the left back spot since John Arne Riise made the position his own. Jose Enrique was brought in by Kenny Dalglish and has performed well in the previous two seasons. However, the Spaniard has been pretty much absent throughout this season with a leg injury.
