Liverpool defender and Daniel Agger denies any emotional speeches made to Brendan Rodgers and has stated that he was not pleased with last season.
Daniel Agger was appointed Liverpool’s vice-captain last summer after Jamie Carragher called it quits but was largely marginalized. The arrival of Dejan Lovren from Southampton has further pushed him down the pecking order. He has attracted interest from Barcelona, Arsenal and AtlAi??tico Madrid this summer, but Liverpool are yet to receive a firm offer for the 29 year old Denmark captain.

From the player’s perspective, he would want to move away from the Merseyside club where he is clearly the third choice centre back for the LCB spot.
