35. East Bengal in contacts with Syrian striker
With no final word on whether Tolgay will stay or not, East Bengal have begun looking for alternatives. Ar Arbil and Syrian striker Abdul Razak has been approached by the Red and Golden brigade for next season but his hefty demands may be too much for the club to meet who have already offered him Rs.90 Lakhs for the next season. Kayne Vincent of Prayag has also been approached by the East Bengal managment.

Churchill Brothers are close to signing Salgaocar captain and defender Luciano SabrosaAi?? for the next season as they look to shore up their defense which has let the team down on a lot of ocassions this season. The Brazilian is one of the best defenders in the country and could prove to be a vital signing for Churchill. Churchill have reportedly made an offer worth Rs.60 Lakhs to Luciano.

Xavier Vijaykumar of HAL SC fame, who is currently registered with Churchill Brothers, has reportedly been offered a Rs 25 Lakhs deal to switch to Mumbai FC. The midfielder is deprived of any first team action for the Goan giants in this season and was looking forward for moving out to some other clubs and Mumbai FC’s offer comes as a blessing for him.
