Crysencio Summerville has been linked with a summer move away from Leeds United, with several Premier League clubs interested.

Crysencio Summerville has been in fine form this season, contributing to 27 goals in all competitions. A report from Give Me Sport claims that Dutch attacker is committed to staying at his current club Leeds United despite emerging transfer links with Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool.

The development will come as a blow for all three Premier League clubs. Arsenal need to add more quality and depth in the final third, and the 22-year-old Dutchman would have been a quality addition. Summerville is versatile enough to operate on either flank, and he would have added goals and creativity to the side.

Mikel Arteta needs to rotate his squad better in order to compete across multiple fronts and he will need to add more quality to the site during the summer transfer window. Meanwhile, Chelsea have looked quite mediocre going forward this season. Cole Palmer is the only reliable performer, and the Blues need more quality in the final third.

Signing the Leeds United attacker could prove to be a wise decision. As for Liverpool, the Reds are lacking in quality in the wide areas. Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz are the only natural wingers at the club. Liverpool need more depth in that area, and Summerville would be a superb addition. He will add goals and creativity to the side from the flanks.

Leeds United could have to sell Summerville if they are not promoted

It will be interesting to see if any of the three Premier League clubs come forward with an offer to test the resolve of the Championship club in the summer. If Leeds United are promoted to the Premier League at the end of the season, they will be in a better position to hold on to their key players.

However, if they fail to secure promotion they could be under pressure to sell Summerville if a lucrative proposal is submitted. Despite the fact that the Dutchman is committed to staying at the Championship club, the opportunity to join clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool can be hard to turn down. There is no reason why his head cannot be turned in the coming weeks. It remains to be seen how the situation develops.
