West Brom has a big problem on its hands as it could lose talented star Tom Fellows. The 20-year-old English playmaker could potentially leave the Hawthorns in January, with the club likely to sell him on the cheap owing to his contract situation.

He has six months left on his deal, which could prompt some of the Premier League clubs from making a move. Everton are in the mix as per Fabrizio Romano, and and intent on integrating the midfielder in the summer. New Toffees owners 777 Partners are intent on bringing the 20-year-old English playmaker to the club and plan.

The new ownership likes the player and are willing to make an offer now and loan him back for the remainder of the season. With that, they can allow West Brom to have continuity with the midfielder and also allow the 20-year-old English playmaker to keep developing with the club.

West Brom are eager to keep him but could be forced to sell if Fellows sees an opportunity to play in the Premier League next season. Everton, with their finances, are likely to offer less money, although they will remain confident about sealing the deal.

Everton’s January transfer plans

The Toffees are keen on bringing some reinforcements this month, but their financial situation could see them searching for bargain targets. While they are interested in potentially expensive targets like Adam Wharton, their activity could be dictated by the sales they conduct.

Arsenal have been linked with Amadou Onana, who could become a big sale this month. In turn, Everton are keen on Fulham midfielder Harrison Reed on loan, which might be seen as a smart move by some quarters.

As for the deal for Fellows, the Toffees will remain confident about a deal for the 20-year-old playmaker and integrate him from next season onwards.
