Kendry Paez is the latest South American whizkid to emerge on Real Madrid’s radar. And with Luka Modric and Toni Kroos well into their thirties, the 15-year-old can be a long-term midfield solution for Real Madrid. But Los Blancos will face intense competition from Chelsea for the Ecuadorian prodigy.

The west Londoners have already tabled an offer to sign Paez from Independiente de Valle. But the Ecuadorian giants have knocked back Chelsea’s proposal.
