Crystal Palace, Everton and West Ham United are keen on signing 24-year-old Coventry City striker Viktor Gyokeres.

According to a report from Football League World, Coventry City are prepared to fend off the interest in Viktor Gyokeres by offering him a lucrative contract in the coming months. Crystal Palace, Everton, and West Ham United want to sign the Swede.

The 24-year-old striker has been in fine form this season, and he has scored nine goals in the Championship for Coventry City. His performances have caught the attention of the three Premier League clubs. And it will be interesting to see if Crystal Palace, Everton, and West Ham decide to come forward with a concrete offer in the coming weeks.

West Ham could certainly use more quality and depth in the attack. David Moyes has had to rely on Gianluca Scamacca to score consistently this season. But the Italian striker has not managed to do so. Signing Gyokeres will add more cutting edge in the final third.

Furthermore, the player is in good form right now and he is full of confidence. He could make an immediate impact at the London club. West Ham have also shown interest in other strikers, including Youssef En-Nesyri.

On the other hand, Everton lost Richarlison to Tottenham during the summer transfer window, and they could use another quality attacker. The 24-year-old Coventry striker could be a useful addition to Frank Lampard’s squad. Recent reports have also linked Everton with Armando Broja.

As far as Crystal Palace are concerned, they have a quality striker in Odsonne Edouard. But Patrick Vieira needs to add more depth to his attacking unit, and Gyokeres will be able to share the goal-scoring burden with the Frenchman. Crystal Palace have also shown interest in Marcus Thuram.

An opportunity to move to the Premier League is often a tempting proposition, and Gyokeres might find it difficult to turn down the opportunity if the likes of West Ham and Everton come calling in the next few weeks.

It remains to be seen whether the player is willing to turn down the opportunity to join a Premier League team and commit his long-term future to Coventry. The player is at the peak of his powers right now, and a move to the Premier League would be the ideal step up for his career. It remains to be seen where he ends up.
