Jurgen Klopp will be happy his Liverpool side chalked up a clean sheet to their name as the Reds marched to a 3-0 win over Maribor in the UEFA Champions League.
Liverpool have continued their march towards the knockout phases of the UEFA Champions League. A 7-0 away win at Maribor was followed by a 3-0 win against the same opponent, this time at home, thanks to goals from Mohamed Salah, Emre Can and Daniel Sturridge.
Fans hailed Liverpool’s display while also highlighting the fact that Liverpool kept a clean sheet in the midst of it. But, the night was somewhat dampened by James Milner’s penalty miss.
