Fabregas sees red as Chelsea beat Liverpool 1-0; fans berate Spaniard’s horror tackle [Tweets]

Chelsea managed to pull off a 1-0 victory over Liverpool in the International Champions Cup despite being reduced to 10 men in the second half following a red card for Cesc Fabregas.

 

Gary Cahill’s 10th minute header proved to be sufficient for Chelsea as they defeated fellow Premier League side Liverpool in the International Champions Cup. Deep into the second half, Blues midfielder Cesc Fabregas made a needless lunge on Reds’ new signing Ragnar Klavan, which saw him receive a straight red card.
