Liverpool FC fans react on Twitter to full-blown injury crisis after Lovren and TourAi?? join Skrtel and Sakho on the sidelines

Liverpool FC triumphed in their Capital One Cup semi-final first-leg tie against Stoke City at the Britannia by a solitary goal, but the win came at a heavy cost

While Reds’ supporters can start dreaming of a first cup final under JA?rgen Klopp, the euphoria following the game was tempered significantly by the injuries to centre-backs Dejan Lovren and Kolo Tour , who both seemed to suffer hamstring injuries, with the former being substituted just after the half-hour mark.

To make matters worse, Philippe Coutinho suffered the same fate in only the 18th minute of the game, only for his replacement Jordan Ibe to score the decisive goal with eight minutes left to play in the first half.

Liverpool FC fans were understandably shaken by the two first-half injuries, and took to Twitter to express their concern about the impacts it would have on their upcoming games, which include back-to-back Premier League matches against Arsenal FC and Manchester United.
