Falcao Set To Leave In The Summer Irrespective Of Manchester United’s Decision

On-loan Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao is set to move on in the summer even if there is a huge change in fortune regarding his form.

Falcao, who has had a terrible spell at Manchester United so far, will leave once his loan deal expires and will do so even if United decide to offer him a permanent deal. According to the Manchester evening news, Falcao has grown frustrated after being neglected continuously despite being fit.

The Colombian has scored just four times for United in the Premier League with the last of those coming in January against Leicester City. The 29-year old has completed just four games this season which is a hint that Louis Van Gaal doesn’t trust him enough to do a good job for the whole game. Another factor is his long-term injury that he suffered last season and there are signs that Falcao has lost pace and isn’t the same since that injury.

He was asked to play in a reserve game for United a few weeks ago as Van Gaal wanted him to get back his confidence. However, that decision backfired as he had a poor game. Falcao’s former agent had revealed a few days ago, a When he was on his way to the ground to play this game with the reserves, he called me,a said Silvano Espindola.

a We spoke for 20 minutes until he reached the stadium and he told me a Ia ve never been through something like this, I dona t know how to deal with this situation. It feels weird for mea .a

a We talk a lot. Ia m not going to say that he feels happy because hea s not. Wea ve spoken many times and cried together.”

Colombian manager Jose Pekerman however backed Falcao to rediscover his form that had made him one of the best strikers in the last three years,

a Ita s a huge problem that we need to resolve. This problem is as large as the sadness that Falcao is going through right now.

a I feel I need to support him because I understand how hard it is for him and the difficult moment he is experiencing.

a I want to work with him again and help him restore his confidence.

a I know Falcaoa s strengths, his mentality and his fighting spirit and Ia ve never doubted that hea ll come out the other side.

a Hea s in a bad moment, but hea s looking after himself and this week is going to be very important for him,a Pekerman said after deciding to include Falcao in the National side for the upcoming friendlies.
