Manchester United summer target Ezequiel Garay has stated he is ‘very happy’ at Benfica, but is unsure if he will stay at the club.
The Argentina international has been linked with a potential switch to Napoli and Manchester United,Ai??with Red Devils boss David Moyes having attended Benfica’s cup victory over Porto as part of a scouting mission to assess a number of transfer targets.
And, after clinching the Portuguese title, when asked whether he will be seeking a move away from the Lisbon giants, Garay remained coy.
“I don’t know, we’ll see,” Garay told A Bola.
“My wife and I are very happy here and I hope to stay more years.”
Benfica wrapped up a 33rd title on Sunday night with a 2-0 win over Olhanense at the Stadium of Light and Garay was delighted with the success.

If the potential move really materialize, GarayAi??would help compensate for the frequent absence of the aging and oft-injured Rio Ferdinand and Inter bound Nemanja Vidic. TheAi??Benfica center back does not lack experience at the top level and would add depth to a mightily struggling United side.
Rooney: Weai??i??re Making it Difficult
The Red Devils suffered defeat to the Toffees on Sunday and Wayne Rooney was disappointed with his side’s display throughout the game.
