Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, Newcastle United want Senne Lammens

Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City and Newcastle United are all interested in signing Royal Antwerp shot-stopper Senne Lammens.

Senne Lammens’ impressive performances for Royal Antwerp have put him on the radar of multiple top clubs from across Europe. According to a report from CaughtOffside, the Belgian shot-stopper could be heading to the Premier League as Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Newcastle United are all interested in signing him.

Lammens came up the ranks at Club Brugge. While he got promoted to their first team back in 2020, he never really got a run in their first team and ended up making a move to Royal Antwerp in the summer of 2023.

He hasn’t looked back since making the move. Not only has he taken over as their number one, but his performances have also put him on the radar of quite a few top clubs. The 22-year-old has stood out with his ball distribution ability and commanding presence in goal.

While he still has over two years left on his deal, Antwerp won’t mind cashing in on him as long as they make €20-€25 million from his sale amidst interest from some of the biggest clubs in England.

Lammens could move to the Premier League

Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Newcastle United have all kept a close eye on the young Belgian goalkeeper and would love to have him in their squad ahead of next season.

City could end up parting ways with Ederson after the end of the ongoing season. The Brazilian has a significant amount of interest from the Middle East, and he could choose to walk away. While Stefan Ortega can take over as their number one, they want a young shot-stopper who can compete with him for a place in the XI.

Pep Guardiola really likes the 22-year-old’s goalkeeping sense and ball distribution skills. He is keen on working with him. Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim is also a big admirer of Lammens. United could also make a change in goals ahead of next season.

The Portuguese manager is not pleased with Andre Onana’s performances and would love to replace him with the young Belgian keeper who seems to be more reliable with the ball at his feet.

Meanwhile, Newcastle are also looking to sign the Antwerp shot-stopper with an eye on the future. They see him as a long-term investment. Arsenal are also interested in him as they look for an ideal backup for David Raya as Neto is set to return to Bournemouth following the expiry of his loan.
