Everton and West Ham United are reportedly keen on signing 27-year-old English international Tammy Abraham from Serie A club AS Roma in the summer transfer window.

Everton and West Ham United are keen on signing the English striker from Serie A club AS Roma. The two top-flight clubs have “asked for preliminary information” on the player’s situation, and he is open to returning to England in the summer transfer window.

Tammy Abraham has endured a topsy-turvy ride since leaving Chelsea. The Englishman joined AS Roma in a deal worth £34 million in August 2021. While he enjoyed an excellent debut season with the Giallorossi, fitness issues and poor form have plagued him in the last two and a half years.
AC Milan signed the 27-year-old striker on loan from AS Roma last summer, and he has blown hot and cold this term. Abraham has contributed to only 12 goals in 35 appearances across all competitions, finding the back of the net eight times and providing four assists.
Meanwhile, Abraham’s stock in the market remains high, with several Premier League clubs keen on signing him in the summer transfer window. The English international is ready to return to the English top flight, with Everton and West Ham United vying for his signature. However, while Niclas Fullkrug has struggled to make his mark since arriving from Borussia Dortmund, Evan Ferguson will likely return to Brighton & Hove Albion after the 2024/25 season ends. So, Abraham is an option worth pursuing, considering the Englishman’s experience in the Premier League.
