According to a report from TBR, the Blues are interested in the services of Victor Boniface and they recently scouted him ahead of a potential transfer.
Xabi Alonso made a lot of efforts to bring Boniface from Union SG to Germany in the summer of 2023. The 23-year-old Nigerian international seems to have taken his game to the next level under the Spanish manager. So far he has featured in 42 matches for Leverkusen and has contributed towards 37 goals (26 goals, 11 assists).
