Bayer Leverkusen are having a faboulous season, as they are on the brink of sealing the Bundesliga title and are yet to suffer defeat in any competition. Jeremie Frimpong has been one of their standout performers, with the Bundesliga wing-back scoring 11 goals and as many assists in 34 games across all competitions.
Leverkusen hopes to secure him long-term, but Frimpong may have other ideas. The Bundesliga wing-back already has plenty of suitors chasing his signature, particularly from the Premier League, including the Manchester clubs.
Manchester United are keen, as INEOS plans to bring exciting and proven talents to Old Trafford to kickstart a new era at the club. Their only drawback in chasing Frimpong this summer would be their inability to make it to the Champions League next season.
