The 18-year-old is also the subject of interest from Manchester United and several other high-profile clubs. But the Merengues are advancing their move for the LOSC Lille centre-back.

Leny Yoro has taken no time to rise in prominence and become a pivotal member of the LOSC Lille squad. The French wonderkid was only 16 years old when he made his first-team debut for Les Dogues nearly two years ago. The 18-year-old is on the verge of earning a call-up to the French national team and might be on the plane to Germany for UEFA Euro 2024. As for the youngster’s solid 2023/24 campaign, he has amassed over 3,000 minutes of game time across 36 appearances in all competitions while chipping in with three goals.
