The 2022 FIFA World Cup finalist currently earns €7 million per year at the Italian club, and the three English clubs would be prepared to pay him a premium. The midfielder will be out of contract in the summer, and it remains to be seen whether he is keen on a move to the Premier League.

Arsenal could certainly use a quality midfielder like the Frenchman, who will add defensive cover and control to the side.
