Manchester City are reportedly keen on signing teenage prodigy Harry Gray from Leeds United next year.
A report from TEAMtalk has claimed that Manchester City are looking to sign England under-16 international Harry Gray, who is highly rated in his homeland, from Leeds United.
Manchester City are always looking to sign the best young talents in world football, and they have recently agreed on a British record transfer for a 15-year-old player when they signed Finley Gorman, formerly a target for Manchester United.
The Premier League giants are hoping to put together a formidable squad for the future. So, it is no surprise that they have turned their attention towards talented young teenagers. The 15-year-old could develop into a key player for Manchester City in the future with the right guidance and coaching.
The Premier League champions have shown that they have an excellent academy setup, and they have nurtured a number of talented young players in recent years. They could help Gray develop further and fulfil his potential in the coming seasons.

The Leeds United forward will be tempted to join a club like Manchester City, and it remains to be seen whether the Premier League giants submit an offer soon. The 15-year-old is the son of Andy Gray and the younger brother of fellow Leeds United prospect Archie Gray, who has recently attracted the attention of Liverpool and Manchester City themselves.
A move to the Etihad would be a major step up in Gray’s career, and he would get to work with some of the finest young talents in the country. In addition, Pep Guardiola has shown that he is ready to give young players an opportunity if they are good enough.
Leeds United will not want to lose two of their best young talents to Manchester City. But they are powerless to stop the youngster from leaving. If Manchester City come forward with an attractive offer, the Championship club will be under pressure to sell. In addition, the player could have his head turned by the interest from the Premier League club as well.
However, TEAMtalk claims that Gray’s family are not in a hurry to see him move. So, Leeds could make it difficult for Manchester City to sign him. Apparently, they are keen for Gray to develop with regular football at Leeds. So, Manchester City will probably have to provide them with some assurances in order to convince them that joining their academy would be the ideal step in his development.
