Victor Osimhen has established himself as one of the best strikers in the world since joining Napoli. The Nigerian international always had pundits raving about him during his days in the Bundesliga and Ligue 1. But he has taken his performances up several levels in the last three years.
The 24-year-old experienced some teething problems in his early days as a Napoli player. But he has not looked back since finding a stable footing at the Diego Armando Maradona. And Osimhen was instrumental in landing the Serie A title last season while finishing the campaign as the top scorer in the Italian top flight.
The former LOSC Lille striker has continued his form this season, even though the Serie A champions have been inconsistent. The player has managed six goals in eight league outings.
