Juventus are hoping to convince Manchester United to loan out Jadon Sancho in January, but they want the Red Devils to cover half his salary.

According to The Sun, Juventus ponder a move for Jadon Sancho ahead of the January window, but only on loan. The Bianconeri are open to paying £60 million next summer if they like the winger during the temporary spell but want Manchester United to cover half his salary until June.

There’s no end in sight with the Jadon Sancho situation at Manchester United. Erik ten Hag has made it a point to give short answers to reporters who ask about the winger’s situation every week, as he has stuck to the rhetoric that ‘nothing has changed’.

Sancho had a public rift with Ten Hag after the Dutchman dropped him for the Arsenal clash earlier in the season. The manager and the club had since asked him to apologise to the Dutchman, and the 23-year-old Manchester United ace refused to do so.

In the later weeks, Ten Hag banished Sancho from first-team training and facilities at the Carrington training ground. During a matchday, the 23-year-old Manchester United ace played video games at home while his team was out on the pitch.

The situation looks dire for the 23-year-old Manchester United ace. The club may end up selling him on a cut-price move ahead of the January window. There were rumours the Red Devils were already considering letting him leave during the summer. Many clubs, including those from Saudi Arabia, were showing an interest.

Reports linked Sancho with a return to Borussia Dortmund, but the report states the 23-year-old Manchester United ace has no interest in such a move. Now, Juventus have entered the equation and are open to proposing a move that could suit all parties.

For starters, Juventus are open to paying up to £60 million to sign Sancho from Manchester United. However, they do not want to do it in January but rather in the summer. In the next window, the Bianconeri are hoping to convince the Red Devils to send him out on loan with a view to a permanent move six months later.

Juventus also want Manchester United to pay half of his £350,000-a-week wages, something they cannot afford to pay in full at the moment. Whether the Red Devils are open to such a deal remains the question, but undoubtedly, they will look for solutions to shelve Sancho from their squad.
