Juni Calafat wants Real Madrid to sign 17-year-old Brazilian attacking midfielder Lorran, a target for Chelsea and Manchester United.

According to a report by Defensa Central, Real Madrid could push for the services of Lorran. The 17-year-old Brazilian sensation has been on fire of late, and there are quite a few clubs keeping a close eye on him, including Chelsea and Manchester United.

Real Madrid’s chief scout Juni Calafat has been closely following the 17-year-old for a while now, and he wants Real Madrid to push for his services in the near future. Lorran is currently a part of Flamengo’s Under-20 setup after coming through their ranks.

He has already made his first-team debut for the club and is their youngest-ever goal scorer having found the back of the back in January in their 1-1 draw against Bangu. His impressive performances for the senior team as well as the youth squad have not gone unnoticed and he is on the radar of some of the biggest clubs in world football.

Manchester United are one of the clubs linked with the attacking midfielder. The Red Devils are looking to add a young midfielder with huge potential to their ranks and they believe Lorran could be a great fit for the club. They have already established contacts with the Brazilian club and are leading the race for his signatures according to recent reports.

Even Chelsea are keen on signing the 17-year-old. The Blues’ new project revolves around young players with huge potential, and the Brazil youth international could be a perfect fit for the club under Mauricio Pochettino.

With both English clubs are pushing for his signature, Juni Calafat wants Real Madrid to make a move for the teenage sensation. Los Blancos do have an advantage in this race because of the player’s relationship with Vinicius Junior and Endrick.

Both Real Madrid players have managed to get him signed for their representative agency, Roc Nation Sports Brazil which is owned by rapper Jay-Z. The relationship between the players and the involvement of the agency will be of great help to Real Madrid if they end up pushing for the 17-year-old.

But, at this point in time, Los Blancos are not really convinced about the idea of signing him. They are still awaiting further reports from Calafat and will wait for his final verdict before moving in for the Flamengo sensation.
