Crystal Palace midfielder Michael Olise has been linked with a move to Chelsea this summer, and he has agreed personal terms with them.

Players like Noni Madueke will be hoping to play regularly this term. So Pochettino will have to shuffle his squad consistently in order to ensure that every player gets ample game time. Meanwhile, Olise is a prodigious young talent with a massive future ahead of him. And he has all the attributes to develop into a top-class Premier League player.
Moving to Chelsea would be a major step up in his career, and he would get to test himself at a high level. So it is hardly surprising that the French playmaker has agreed personal terms with the West London club.
Although the Blues will not be playing in the UEFA Champions League this season, they are still one of the biggest clubs in the world and have the resources and the squad to compete for major trophies. Olise will want to prove himself with Chelsea if the move goes through.
Furthermore, the 21-year-old would get to work under a coach like Mauricio Pochettino, who has a proven track record of nurturing young players.
