West Ham United are interested in the services of 21-year-old Chelsea forward Armando Broja as they look to bolster their attack.

According to The Guardian, West Ham United are considering pushing for the signatures of Armando Broja. The 21-year-old striker was on their radar last summer, and they still remain interested in his services.

The Hammers did not have the best of the season last time out as they somehow managed to survive in the Premier League. While the struggled in the league, they had an exceptional run in Europe and ended up winning the UEFA Conference League.

West Ham recently parted ways with their skipper Declan Rice who has joined Arsenal in a record-breaking deal worth over €100 million. The England international’s departure might have left a huge void. But it has given them a major financial boost that will help them reinforce their squad before the start of next season.

While their priority at this point in time is to ensure they have enough depth in the centre of the park to cover for the absence of Rice, the Hammers are also looking to strengthen their attack and they are interested in 21-year-old Armando Broja.

Broja has come through the ranks at Chelsea and he was promoted to their first team ahead of the 2022/23 season. While the Albanian international is a huge prospect for the future, he has not really had the best of times of late.

The 21-year-old could only feature in a total of 18 matches last season. He was on the pitch for less than 500 minutes and had two goal contributions before suffering a long-term injury. Broja is still recovering from the knee injury despite that he is wanted by West Ham manager David Moyes.

The Scottish manager wanted to sign him last summer and is all set to push for him once again this summer as he looks to add another striker to his ranks. While the 21-year-old still has five years left on his deal with the Blues, they might let him leave for the right fee as he is unlikely to be in the plans of their new manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Westham’s hierarchy are in disarray and seemingly incapable of accomplishing any worth while signings . A drunk dial from Sullivan or Moyes with an ultra low ball offer seems to be the strategy . Everyone is leaving and nobody wants to come . Any new signings already have no time to integrate and subsequently Westham are likely to have another rocky start to the new season . Broja has no interest in this dumpster fire .
