Chelsea are ready to part ways with their 22-year-old left winger Callum Hudson-Odoi for a fee of £15-20 million.

According to Jacque Talbot via GIVEMESPORT, Chelsea are ready to offload Callum Hudson-Odoi ahead of next season. The 22-year-old is surplus to requirements, and they are ready to get him off their books as soon as possible. The Blues want £15-20 million for the young winger.

The youngster has been at Chelsea since his childhood days. He has come through the ranks at the club and even managed to break into their first team. The 22-year-old has a total of 38 goal contributions in 126 appearances for the Blues.

He has shown a lot of promise over the years. But of late, things have not gone his way. Hudson-Odoi was on loan at Bayer Leverkusen last season, but he failed to fire at the German club. The 22-year-old only managed two goal contributions in his 21 appearances and was restricted to around 600 minutes in the Bundesliga.

While he is still young and could still revive himself, the 22-year-old is not a part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plan. And, the Chelsea manager does not mind offloading him ahead of next season. That way, Chelsea will also get his £120,000-a-week wages off their books.

Initial reports suggested another loan move. However, Chelsea are will not be entertaining any loan offers. They have decided to offload him on a permanent basis and are ready to sell him to the highest bidder. Meanwhile, with the player’s contract expiring in 12 months, the decision to offload him does make sense as they do not want to risk losing out on him for free.

Despite a poor outing last season, there are quite a few clubs keen on having the 22-year-old in their ranks. In England, Nottingham Forest, Fulham and West Ham United are interested in acquiring the winger’s services. AC Milan are also keen, and there is a lot of interest from Saudi Arabia as well.

Talbot said on Hudson-Odoi’s future, “Chelsea don’t want to send him out on loan again. They want to sell him permanently. They want to get him off their books. I think they’re looking for £15million or £20million. I suspect it’ll be Forest who get him, but it depends on who else would come in. There could be a shock proposal from abroad or even Saudi Arabia.”

Talbot believes Chelsea would sell him for £15-20 million, and Nottingham Forest lead the race for the England international’s services. However, he does not rule out a surprise move to Saudi Arabia. With the Blues ready to sell and multiple clubs keen on having him in their ranks, he is likely to be on the move in the coming weeks.
